DODX Fat Car 40198
Title:  DODX Fat Car 40198
Description:  Department of Defense flat car DODX 40198 was just north of Fort Worth on BNSF Tulsa-to-Temple train H-TULTPL3-20. The 68-foot car had been built by Thrall in February 1983 and was on its way from Fort Pickett at Blackstone, Virginia to Fort Hood, Texas. It had had a CAPY of 301,000 pounds, a LD LMT of 301,700 pounds and a LT WT of 92,800 for a gross rail load of 394,500 pounds.
