Description:  DUPX 913A, DUPX 913B, and DUPX 913C were some added interest in a CN through freight heading northeast via former C&NW rails Stroebe, WI on 10 Jun. '14. Train was headed from Stevens Point to Green Bay and had two locomotives, IC 1001 pulling and CN 5672 pushing. These cars are part of the TRANSCAER® (Transportation Community Awareness and Emergency Response) program, founded by UP and Dow Chemical Co. in '86, but greatly expanded since then.
