Cars go Here  Contributor's Pick!
The KO&G's bridge over the Red River was built with a cantilevered platform covered with boards on its east side that was intended for non-rail traffic. This is the auto lane; which was rendered irrelevent when the rail bridge lost its tracks and was converted to road traffic in 1965. This picture is actually from the Oklahoma side, looking roughly south.
