A empty DEGX coal train rolls north along the Mississippi Export at Agricola, Mississippi; about half way between the railroad's end points of Pascagoula and Evanston. The train is crossing Mississippi Highway 613 and passing the Temple Baptist Church. Motive power is a quartet of Missouri Pacific SD40-2's: 6050, 6019, 6025 and 6006. Unlike most MP locomotives, all of these have dynamic brakes and were bought specifically for coal train service. The train is on its way from Mississippi Power's DANIEL ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT (thus the DEGX reporting marks on the cars) at Escatawpa to Colorado via the Mississippi Export-Evanston-Illinois Central Gulf-Memphis-Missouri Pacific-Pueblo-Rio Grande.
