| MILW GP40 #2009 was another of the locos parked next to the engine shop at the Bensenville Yard when Hoosier rail fan Dick Berry took this photo. Built by EMD in 10/1966 as MILW #163, it was renumbered later to MILW 2009. After the Milwaukee Road collapsed, it became SOO 2009. This photo is from the original negative by rail fan Dick Berry. The negative is part of my collection now. |
