Now that's a train!! I was able to ride the train just after Amtrak took it over in 1979. Didn't get the Southern E's , but the equipment was pure Southern, and still being worked by their people. What a class act, and the best diner food I ever had. Prime rib you could cut with a fork. Wonderful, and a good memory.
