Ted Brumberg	General	Built in 1956 by Budd in Lot #9660-169 to Plan #9538 as CB&Q 10 roomette-6 double bedroom sleeper #490 SILVER VALE, 1 of 9 total 10-6 sleepers built in that Lot, 6 of which were for the reequipping of the DENVER ZEPHYR, the other 3, including the SILVER VALE, were built for the general pool. To BN, sold in 1971 to Amtrak #2675, planned for conversion to HEP #2876, but this was cancelled and the car was subsequently stored until sold in 1991 to GCRM.
