CSXT 783 trails as the second unit on CSX Q621 as it crosses Oswego Street in Liverpool, NY. This location is at QM 4.50 on the CSX St. Lawrence Subdivision. About a mile north of Liverpool, the train got with two defects. I have caught CSXT 783 several times.
