CNW SD45 trade-in units         
A string of CNW SD45s (ex-Conrail) at the CNW Madison, IL yard in Sept 1986. They were going to be used for a repowering project, but CNW opted for SD50s instead. So, they are EMD trade-in units and enroute to St. Louis Auto Shredding in Madison, IL
