| Grimesland, North Carolina, May 23, 2019, 11:12am: Traveling in an area I didn’t know, and came up on this westbound train heading into Grimesland. I just tried to watch the GPS and see where it would take me to get ahead of the train without wrecking or getting stopped and ended up at this crossing on Brick Kiln Road just seconds before the gates went down and CLNA 4012 came through leading a loaded short hopper train (phosphate?). |
