Fair quality photo of the cute Reading 0-6-0T #1251 yard goat built by the Reading Shops in 1918. This little tank loco served until retirement in 1963. It eventually ended up in the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania where it sits in shining restored condition. According to their website, this little tyke was the last standard-gauge steam locomotive in daily operation on a class one railroad in the United States. |
