The 2nd Amtrak Phase 2 Heritage Unit         
Amtrak P42 130 trails 2nd on Amtraks SW Chief as it Makes a Station Stop in Fullerton on track 3. After AMTK 66 was wrecked and suffered a bent frame. AMTK 130 then took its place to become the Phase 2 Heritage unit
