Here is the first of two successive duplicate 35mm color slides of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1196, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in Juniata as an H-8SB during May of 1912, rebuilt as an H-9S in May of 1925, and retired in September of 1959 after 47 years of faithful service.
