This loco is sitting in the scrap line with its bell missing. Built by Alco-Brooks in July of 1912 as CM&StP 1865, it was renumbered 8065 and then CMStP&P 691 before retirement in November of 1951. Obviously the loco is still waiting to meet the scrapper's torch in 1952. Specs - 63" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 26x30" cylinders, engine weight of 275,000 lb, tractive effort of 54,723 lb.
