Here is an original photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, in April of 1957. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9940, an H-10S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the American Locomotive Company as number "9727" during May of 1916, renumbered "8006" in 1919, renumbered "9940" in 1951, and retired in February of 1959 after 40 years of service.
